The best way to check this:

  • your GiveWP > Subscriptions admin page and see if they are up to date

  • check the Next payment date or Renewal Date.

  • They should all be in the future if they have an Active status.

  • If they have a status of Processing for example, those renewals will not be downloaded automatically,

  • but they will exist on the Authorize.net side of things, explaining the discrepancy.
