How to Add Users to Your YouTube Channel

To add users to your YouTube channel, you need to give them access through YouTube Studio channel permissions (you don’t share your password).

Here’s the step-by-step process:

  1. Go to YouTube Studio
    👉 https://studio.youtube.com
    (Make sure you're logged into the correct Google account.)

  2. Click Settings (bottom left).

  3. Click Permissions.

  4. Click Invite (top right).

  5. Enter the person’s Google email address.

  6. Choose their role (see below).

  7. Click DoneSave.

They’ll receive an email invitation to accept access.

Can view analytics only.

🔹 Editor
