Moneris POS Terminals – Admin Settings & Configuration

This guide explains how to access admin settings in the Moneris Go app and configure settings.


When to Use This Guide

Use this guide when:

  • Configuring a new Moneris Go terminal


Step 1: Open Moneris Go App

  1. Open the Moneris Go app on the device

  2. Enter the user username and password

Once logged in, the purchase screen will display.


Step 2: Access Settings Menu

  1. From the purchase screen, tap the top-left menu

  2. Select Settings

  3. When prompted, enter the Admin password

⚠️ Security Note: Admin credentials should be shared only with authorized personnel.


Step 3: Configure Settings

Within Settings, you can manage:

  • Receipt options

  • Number of receipts

  • Customer (CX) receipt settings

Make changes as required based on operational needs.


Step 4: Sync Settings

After making changes:

  1. Select Sync

  2. Wait for confirmation that settings have been applied

This ensures the terminal reflects the updated configuration.
