Rerouting Scam Emails in Google Workspace
This guide explains how to view and manage rerouted spam or malicious emails in Google Workspace.

Step 1: Access Gmail Address List
Go to Google Workspace Admin: Gmail Spam Settings
Navigate to: Apps → Google Workspace → Settings for Gmail → Manage address list
Step 2: Access Blocked Emails Group
Go to the directory: Menu → Directory → Groups
Hover over Blocked Emails group
Click Edit Settings
Scroll down and click Advanced Settings (at the bottom)
Step 3: Access via Google Groups
Go to: Blocked Emails Group Forum
Click the back arrow at the top left beside Groups to navigate
