TikTok Ads – Add a Payment Card
This guide explains how to add a payment card to TikTok Ads Manager
When to Use This Guide
Use this process if:
A credit card needs to be added or updated in TikTok Ads
Existing payment methods (e.g., PayPal) are not sufficient
Ads are paused or at risk due to payment issues
Account Details (Reference)
Use the following Ads Manager account:
Account Name: HCI Mains Ads – CA
Account ID: 7202668945935990785
Step 1: Open TikTok Ads Manager
Go to:
https://ads.tiktok.com/Log in with the authorized account
Step 2: Select the Correct Ads Manager Account
When prompted, choose:
HCI Mains Ads – CA
Confirm the Account ID matches:
7202668945935990785
Step 3: Go to Payment Settings
In the left-hand menu, click Payment
Open the Payment Method section
Step 4: Add a Payment Card
Click Add Payment Method
Select Credit / Debit Card
Enter the card details
Save the payment method
If prompted for verification, complete the steps shown on screen.

A credit card previously failed to be added
Step 5: Confirm Payment Status
Ensure the new card appears under Payment Methods
Check that at least one valid payment method is active
Confirm ads are eligible to run
Troubleshooting Tips
If the card fails to add:
Try a different browser or incognito mode
Confirm card is not blocked by the bank
