PayPal Payflow Pro – Update Billing Information
This guide explains how to update the billing/payment card information for a PayPal Payflow Pro account.
Intended for finance and IT staff.
Step 1: Access Account Administration
Log in to your PayPal Payflow Pro account.
Login requirements

Merchant: HCIpaypalpro
User (optional): HCIpaypalproNavigate to Account Administration.
Step 2: Open Account Information
Within Account Administration, go to the Account Information section.
Locate and select Billing Information.
Step 3: Update Payment Card
In the top section, enter the new payment card information.
Double-check card number, expiration date, and CVV.
Step 4: Save Changes
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Save to update your billing information.
Notes & Best Practices
Ensure the card has sufficient credit and is valid.
Update the billing information before any scheduled transactions to avoid declines.
Keep a record of the update for auditing purposes.
If multiple accounts use the same card, verify each account separately.
