PayPal Payflow Pro – Update Billing Information

This guide explains how to update the billing/payment card information for a PayPal Payflow Pro account.

Intended for finance and IT staff.


Step 1: Access Account Administration

  1. Log in to your PayPal Payflow Pro account.

  2. Login requirements
    Partner: PayPalCA
    Merchant: HCIpaypalpro
    User (optional): HCIpaypalpro

  3. Navigate to Account Administration.


Step 2: Open Account Information

  1. Within Account Administration, go to the Account Information section.

  2. Locate and select Billing Information.


Step 3: Update Payment Card

  1. In the top section, enter the new payment card information.

  2. Double-check card number, expiration date, and CVV.


Step 4: Save Changes

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  2. Click Save to update your billing information.


Notes & Best Practices

  • Ensure the card has sufficient credit and is valid.

  • Update the billing information before any scheduled transactions to avoid declines.

  • Keep a record of the update for auditing purposes.

  • If multiple accounts use the same card, verify each account separately.
