Purpose
To create new donation forms or update existing forms within the PayPal Business merchant account.
Steps to Access PayPal Donation Forms
1️⃣ Log In
Go to: https://www.paypal.com
Log in using the organization’s authorized merchant credentials.
2️⃣ Navigate to Donations
From the main dashboard:
Click Pay & Get Paid
Select Donations
3️⃣ Manage Existing Donation Forms
You will see all previously created donation forms.
Click on the form you wish to:
Edit donation amounts
Update descriptions
Modify fund designation
Adjust recurring settings
Update thank-you messaging
Save changes once complete.
Governance Controls (Recommended)
Ensure changes are made only by authorized finance/digital staff.
Document:
Date of update
Person making the change
What was modified
Confirm:
Correct fund designation (Zakat, Emergency Relief etc)
Correct currency
Correct recurring configuration
Compliance Reminder
Before publishing updates:
Test the form with a small transaction.
Confirm transaction appears correctly in:
PayPal dashboard
Accounting system
CRM (if integrated)
