As Support Admin Contacts, these users may:
Communicate with Proofpoint Support
Open and manage support tickets
Receive security alerts and platform notifications
Coordinate incident response with vendor support
Governance Notes
Access should follow least-privilege principles.
Ensure MFA is enabled on all accounts.
Maintain an annual review of vendor admin contacts.
Remove access immediately upon role change or departure.
