Role Scope

As Support Admin Contacts, these users may:

  • Communicate with Proofpoint Support

  • Open and manage support tickets

  • Receive security alerts and platform notifications

  • Coordinate incident response with vendor support


Governance Notes

  • Access should follow least-privilege principles.

  • Ensure MFA is enabled on all accounts.

  • Maintain an annual review of vendor admin contacts.

  • Remove access immediately upon role change or departure.
